Apoptosis Assay (APO)

The APO assay is a software package for the automated and quantitative measurement of apoptotic scores of individual cells. Based on this apoptotic score, the cells can be classified as being normal, intermediate (polymorphic) or condensed. Multiple-channel analysis with reporter markers (apoptotic or proliferation) is possible.

The software is scanning station independent as it comes with image importers. Excellent illumination correction assures a perfect segmentation. The ‘tunable’ algorithm assures tailored calculation of apoptotic scores and cell classification.
