Multichannel Fluorescence (MCF)

The MCF package is a validated software package for the automated and quantitative measurement of intracellular fluorescence in up to 4 different channels. The software can be used for e.g. reporter translocation studies, pathway analysis or reporter activation (e.g. apoptosis).

The software is independent from the scanning station as diverse importers are available. Excellent illumination correction assures a perfect fluorescence measurement over the entire area, making this package one of the most robust and accurate on the market. Automated detection of auto fluorescence and fluorescent impurities makes it a real high-throughput HCS assay.
